External factors

Events that occurred at the time of critical life changes, such as academic stress, challenges in career, life, relationships, finances, family and child care, etc.

Internal factors

Including pessimistic or optimistic personality of the individual, ability of dealing with adversity, thinking pattern i.e. rigid or flexible, inner self-talk i.e. positive or negative, and expectations i.e. reasonable or perfect, etc.
